Place Description:
The main inner path is just to your left. There are a number of small, unofficial trails like this that run alongside the main paved path.
The main path can sometimes feel a little hectic with all the bikes, roller blades, joggers etc. These little offshoots are a nice way to slow down or stop and take in your surroundings.

- There are so many dogs here walking with their owners! Big dogs, little dogs, wiener dogs, anything you can imagine.
LakesideTrail1, facing South:
- The main inner path is just to your left. This is a little unofficial trail that hugs the shoreline.
LakesideTrail1, facing West:
- [zoom] You can see Duck Island in the distance. You can't actually go onto the island, but if you rent a paddle boat or kayak you can get a close-up look.
LakesideTrail1, facing NW:
- [zoom] There's a small swimming beach and bathhouse on the other side of the lake.
LakesideTrail3, facing East:
- [zooms] There is quite a mixture of old and new architecture around the lake. But they are all pricey - it's a very desirable area.

- [zoom] To the southwest side of the lake is an aqua center (hard to see)

- Turn right to see where a duck family was hanging out. :-)

- [zooms] There was a little duck family swimming around near the shoreline.
